Zinc, Copper and Trace Minerals

One of the nine RetinaClear ingredient groups: vision minerals.

What Is Zinc, Copper and Trace Minerals?

Label name: Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Selenium, Chromium · On the label: Zinc 16 mg (145% DV), Copper 1 mg (111%), Magnesium 20 mg (5%), Selenium 4 mcg (7%), Chromium 1.8 mcg (5%) · Everyday aim: Vision minerals.*

Zinc helps carry vitamin A from the liver to the retina, and copper is paired with it because high zinc intakes can lower copper. Magnesium, selenium and chromium round out the mineral set.

Per capsule the label lists zinc 16 mg, copper 1 mg, magnesium 20 mg, selenium 4 mcg and chromium 1.8 mcg.*
