RetinaClear Eye Safety: Urgent Symptoms Need Care, Not a Supplement

Some vision symptoms need same-day medical attention, and no dietary supplement, RetinaClear included, is the right response to them. If any of these appear, contact an eye-care professional, an urgent-care service or your local emergency number straight away.

  • Sudden vision lossVision that goes dark, dim or missing in part of your field, in one eye or both, is an emergency. Seek care the same hour, not the same week.
  • A curtain or shadowA dark curtain or shadow moving across your sight can mean a retinal detachment, which needs assessment within hours.
  • New flashes or a shower of floatersA sudden burst of flashing lights, or a storm of new floaters, needs an urgent dilated eye examination.
  • Sudden blurring or double visionEspecially with headache, weakness, facial droop or slurred speech, this can signal a stroke. Call emergency services.
  • Severe eye pain or a red, painful eyeIntense pain, nausea, haloes around lights or a deeply red eye needs same-day professional assessment.
  • Injury or chemical splashAny blow, penetrating injury or chemical splash is an emergency. Rinse a chemical splash with clean water immediately, then get help.

RetinaClear is a dietary supplement for everyday nutritional support. It is not a treatment, drug or cure for macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataract, diabetic retinopathy or any other eye disease, and it must never be used in place of professional care or prescribed medicine.

Who Should Ask a Doctor First

  • Anyone who is pregnant, nursing or under 18.
  • Anyone who takes prescription medication, including blood thinners or diabetes medication.
  • Anyone with a diagnosed eye condition, including macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataract or diabetic eye disease.
  • People who smoke or used to smoke, because the formula contains a small amount of beta-carotene.
  • Anyone planning surgery or about to have blood tests, because of the biotin.

Questions To Bring to Your Eye-Care Professional

  1. Do any of my medicines interact with these nutrients?
  2. Do I have a gap that a supplement could help cover, or is my diet enough?
  3. When is my next eye exam?

What RetinaClear Is Not

RetinaClear is not a treatment for any eye disease, and it is not an AREDS2 formula. Regular eye exams matter more than any bottle. Read the Supplement Facts notes, the health notice and the pre-order checklist.
